Trip Description
The trek into the area below the massive south face of Annapurna (7,219m) known as the Annapurna Sanctuary is one of the most popular treks in Nepal. The trek begins in Pokhara and leads up through the breathtaking Modi Khola gorge into the vast mountain ringed amphitheatre of the Sanctuary. As we trek through bamboo and rhododendron forests we have superb views of the Annapurna range. We eventually pass between the mountains of Machhapuchhre (6,993m) and Hiunchuli (6,441m) which guard the entrance to the Sanctuary, and after 6 days reach our goal, the high glacial basin that is the site of the Annapurna South face base camp at 4,130m

Price Includes
Transfers from and to Kathmandu International Airport, and also Kathmandu Domestic Airport as indicated by the itinerary. All kind of domestic airfares and bus ticket during the trekking as indicated by the itinerary. Provision of appropriate trekking staff. All kind of expenses of guides and porters. A guide will be shared among 5 people and a porter will be assigned to each member of the trekking group. Hotel accommodation based on double occupancy in a *** hotel. We use a variety of high standard hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara. Accommodation while on the trek. Breakfast is included during your whole stay in Nepal. Lunch and Dinner during the trek are included except Kathmandu and Pokhara. (allow $20 per day for this). All kind of permits necessary for trekking in the National Parks.
